What this business does
Cody Builds AI is an independent consulting practice that helps firms modernize workflows with AI-assisted, human-reviewed systems: audits, implementation, training, documentation, and ongoing operations support. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any employer, and it works only with its own clients, tools, and materials.
Not professional advice
The services support how your team works. They are not tax, accounting, legal, investment, or financial-planning advice, and nothing on this site or in an engagement should be relied on as a professional or regulated determination. Your licensed professionals remain responsible for those decisions and for reviewing any output before it is used.
About AI in the work
Engagements use AI tools that assist people; they do not replace professional judgment. AI can produce mistakes, so a person reviews and approves output that carries risk. I do not promise specific financial results, guaranteed savings, error-free output, or fully autonomous operation. Estimates of time saved or return are good-faith projections, not guarantees.

Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice. It does not create a client relationship; that begins only with a signed engagement agreement.
Engagements, fees, and ownership
Scope, fees, payment, deliverables, intellectual property, and confidentiality for paid work are defined in the written agreement for that engagement. Where this page and that agreement differ, the agreement controls.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for any matter relating to this site is limited, and the site is provided as is without warranties. Liability for paid work is addressed in the engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Privacy
What I collect
If you email me, I receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, and the contents of your message. This site does not run analytics trackers or sell data, and there is no contact form collecting information in the background.
How I use it
To respond to you, to scope possible work, and to communicate about an engagement. I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not share it except with service providers I use to run the business (for example, an email provider) or where required by law.
Client information and AI tools
During an engagement, please do not place passwords, government identifiers, or confidential client files into AI tools unless we have agreed how that data will be handled. AI services are operated by their own providers under their own privacy policies, and any handling of sensitive or regulated data is defined in the engagement agreement.
